TopG Group, its admins, and members are not liable for any trading losses or decisions made based on Service content.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Actions
You agree not to:
Share illegal, abusive, or harmful content (e.g., scams, harassment).
Promote unsolicited services (“shilling”) or spam.
Impersonate TopG Group team members or spread misinformation.
Leak private server content (e.g., paid signals, member DMs).
Violate Discord’s Terms of Service.
5. Intellectual Property
“TopG Group,” “NoRisk NoLambo™,” and associated logos are owned by Sofiane. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
User-generated content remains the creator’s property but grants TopG Group a license to display it within the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is.” TopG Group disclaims all warranties, including accuracy of market data or uninterrupted access.
7. Limitation of Liability
TopG Group, its founders (including Sofiane/NoRisk NoLambo™), and moderators are not liable for:
Financial losses from crypto trading.
Technical issues (e.g., Discord outages, bot errors).
Third-party actions (e.g., hacked accounts, external links).
8. Modifications & Termination
TopG Group may update these ToS at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Violations may result in immediate bans without refund (if applicable).
